Disallow order of out of stock items via ExpressBuy

Hello,

I'm running Swift 1.6.1 and DW 9.13.3

I think the new Express Buy feature is not taking stock into account. I have a website where I can see a certain products has no stock, and on the product detail page the add to cart button is disabled.

When I look for the product in Expres Buy, it shows up and I can add it to the cart despite of the fact it has no stock.

Is this a bug?

Probably.

You might also be able to change this by changing the query that is used here to check for stock.

I have send this to QA for verification.
