paypal - Enable guest checkout not working

According to paypal, it is possible to pay with a credit card and without a paypal account (How to Make PayPal Account Optional for Buyers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBeeGgIFbU0, and another link: https://hotcakescommerce.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016093071-PayPal-Express-Checkout-Without-Logging-In) 

That is what we need .

We have configured the standard payment provider "PayPal Express".

And marked the checkbox: Enable guest checkout - allows users with no PayPal account to check out & optionally create a PayPal account (https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/payment/paypal-express-checkout)

With this configuration, it appears the pay by credit card button, but still is compulsory create an account in paypal...i dont know what else i have to configured or if there is something else i should know...

Hi Cristina,

I am not sure what you mean - on my test site I get the following payment window from PayPal when I select guest checkout - please note the section where you can choose not to create a PayPal account.

Is this not your experience?

thanks for replying!

I realise where the problem is... it seems that this option appears or not depending on the country you choose. If you choose Ecuador, you have not this option, but if you choose, for example, UK, the screen appears as you show it.
