Shipping fee without VAT

What configuration am I missing when I do not get the correct amount without VAT in the order xml:

In this example the OrderShippingFeeWithoutVAt should have been lower.

Products are working as expected, but they are calculated from ERP/BC.
The shipping is added from DW, and the VAT for the country has been set to 25%.

Hi Martin,

Check your settings for VAT on fees:
https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/other/vat-taxes#4819

You can specify if shipping fee should include VAT.

I am experiencing this problem, but your Link is giving 404.

How can I configure the system to not deduct VAT from shipping fee?
