Use domain for cookies cached

Hello, I encountered an issue with the "Use domain for cookies" flag in the Cookie Manager, if I want to deselect it, I have to recycle the application pool afterwards for it to take effect.

Yes. It is set when the cookiemanager starts up and this is by design.

Generally this setting should not be switched except when you have really considered it.

When you switch users of the website that has cookies set with the previous setting will encounter problems like loosing their carts.
