Apply discounts before taxes not working

Hi,

We are running into an issue in DW 9.10.17 but we are able to repro the same issue on 9.12.7. The checkbox to apply discounts before taxes doesn't seem to be taken into account in cart calculations, we are using flat rate tax provider: https://www.screencast.com/t/i2PIbGKBMav

Hi Mario,

The option was implemented against the request and actually affects discount quantifier during rendering. Please, have a look at my simple check shows the feature works correctly on last DW9.13.0.

Hi Oleg,

Thanks for checking this one, I noticed that you are testing with a tax fixed amount value, could you check with percentage?
