Constant loss of carts

Hi guys,

I have a recurring situation where carts are lost.

The scenario I have identified is the user opens a cart working from office, adds a few products to cart without finalizing the order.

The next day the user adds another batch of products to the cart and the next morning the cart is gone.

I have no way to track what is happening with the cart and how it can get lost.

We are using DW 9.9.8 in this situation and we cannot upgrade because we cannot convert some custom controls : https://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum?PID=1605&ThreadID=80040

Any suggestion for tracking down the problem is appreciated.

Hi Adrian,

It might be a cookie issue, but I'm not sure.

As mentioned in the other thread we have now solved the issue which prevented you from upgrading.
I would suggest that you try with an upgrade first and then let us know if you still experience the problem after that.
