Products.query file not loaded

Hi,

I am trying to update the products.query definition in a local solution.

I have copied the products.query file to the right folder Swift\Files\System\Repositories\Products

But the Admin interface keeps showing the old definition, even after IISReset, AppPool recycle and even a full computer reboot.

Is there any other way to force DW to ready the query definition from disk?

Cheers,

Justin

Hi Justin,

It should pick up right away, and you should be able to see it from refreshing from the backend (no recycle needed).

What if you manually make a change from the backend and confirm the data on the products.query file on disk, to confirm that it's the folder path that you're expecting? Essentially, perform a 'break' test or a 'touch' test to ensure that the change you are confident in from the backend updates the file that you expect.

Hey Scott,

Thanks, for some reason the virtual folder was pointing to a wrong location. Problem solved :-)
