Culture error after upgrading to 9.12.7

Hi guys,

I have a solution integrated with NAV (we are using Live integration 1.x).

The solution was working pretty good on DW 9.9.8 but after upgrading to 9.12.7 we are noticing an error for some users:

Culture ID 4096 (0x1000) is a neutral culture; a region cannot be created from it.
Parameter name: culture

Some users can log in without issues but some other users are getting this error.
Any idea why?

Thank you,

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

I've faced with the exception on regular Rapido solution based on DW9.12.7 as well. It seems to have been fixed by running update scripts at 'System Information' starting from a low amount and then recycle IIS pool e.g. via 'Settings-WEB&HTTP-HostHeaders-Recycle application pool'. Solution cookies have been deleted in browser as well. Please, try and reply.

Hi Adrian again,

Actually, the issue seems to be known one and already reported in DW. It will be fixed by task 6199 in upcoming DW release. But try to perform the recomendations above including browser cache deleting first of all.

Hi Oleg,

Thank you for the suggestion but it did not work.

I have done that anyway after the upgrade (I always do it just to be sure) but I have tried again now and nothing changed.

If you have a patch that I can use before the release, please let me know.

Thank you,

Adrian

Hi Adrian

OK, I'll drop a comment here if it's possible before the release.

Hi Oleg,

Which DLL is the one in question? Is it mandatory to update the entire Application?

Thank you,
Adrian

Hi

it's 'dynamicweb.dll' v9.12.20. I hope you are able to extract the file from the package mentioned above. BTW, DW 9.13.0 just released contains the fix as well.
