No history of order in Customer Experience Center

Hello,

I have a DW solution running Swift with a connection to BC set up.

I can place an order as a customer and see that order in the list of " My Orders" in the Customer Center.

However, I do not see any of the historic orders (invoices). 

I can verify the invoices are available for the customer by running this command in the ConnectorTestTool: <GetList type="Invoice" customerID="K09530"></GetList>

Should these not show up in the list of Orders?

what are your Integration Customer Center settings?
They should look like that:

For invoices they should look like that:

Hey Dmitrij,

Im actually running Swift. So I think that looks a bit different?

There seems to be no seperate Invoice option here?

Hi Justin

There are 2 customer centers - the integreated one, taking all data from BC and the not integrated one only giving you data from Dynamicweb.

Thanks, that helps :-)

But in my installation there is no app called Integrarion Customer Center. I have just upgraded to 9.12.7 and Swift 1.5. Should it be in there by default?

- check if you have the module enabled:  SETTINGS > Developer > Modules

I'm in the same situation (DW solution running Swift with a connection to BC set up).

I have already enabled the module (SETTINGS > Developer > Modules > Integration Customer Center).

But it seems that something else still needs to be configured because it still doesn't appear as an option when I add a new paragraph...

Any help?

Could be a license issue.
