When will the Dynamics 365 BC19 Plug-In Unit for version 1.2.0.19 be released?

it was already relesed some time ago and is available on the app source.

Hi Magnus,
the last 1.2.0.18 for BC 19 from the downloads doc site list is identical to the 1.2.0.19 on the AppSource. The only difference is that the one which is on App Source (1.2.0.19) can be 
also be installed on BC 18 and up.
So you can try to download the appropriate one from the doc site.
