Percent order discount on shipping fee?

Is it possible to make an order discount apply to the shipping fee as well as the products in cart?

Example: I have a product of 400 DKK, shipping fee of 40 DKK and an order discount of 25%.

Right now the discount is only deducted from the product price and not the shipping fee:
Product: 400 DK
25% discount: -100 DKK
Shipping: 40 DKK
Total: 340 DKK

I would like to make the discount deduct from the entire order including the shiping fee:
Product: 400 DKK
Shipping: 40 DKK
Subtotal: 440 DKK
25% discount: 110 DKK
Total: 330 DKK

Is this possible?

I am affraid that it is not possible.

You can however, change the shipping fee using the shipping fee rules where yout set that up. So maybe if order total is above a specific amount, the fee is not 40 but 30. But it will not be depending on the discount.
