Hi,
We need a few additional settings to the Flat Rate Tax Provider (so we stop making some customizations on it):
- Include Payment Fee (checkbox)
- Include Shipping Fee (checkbox)
- Tax Exempt Users (User / User Group select box)
The first two basically mean tax should also be calculated for the payment and/or shipping fees (that is only true for some scenarios). The user/user group selector would basically skip tax calculations for any user in it.
