Thank you. I allready found this document but nothings says anything about bouncerate in the Email marketing module. 

Does this mean that this statistic is not availlable?

Kind of. Bounces is not easy to get hold of - when you send, Dynamicweb will hand over the email to the SMTP server that will try to send the email over the course of time. Up to 24 hours in the future. It can be SPF issues, mailbox full issues, email does not exist and all kinds of other incidents. All that information is not in DW so it has to be picked up from somewhere.

When you use regular SMPT or pickup folder in IIS, that information is not available and cannot be found.

If you setup the email marketing to use Sendgrid API (Not Sendgrid SMTP), there is an integration to get hold of that information and display it in the backend on the failures button on statistics:

You can only see that button if Sendgrid API is configured. 

You can probably also see that information in Sendgrid admin.
