Unpublished page still can be access on the default browser

Dear All,

Good day.

 

Could someone please advise me regardings the 'Unpublished' page?

I had 'unpublished' the page.

 

If I copy and paste the URL, for example, https://dwtestsite.dynamicwebapac.com/english/about on the default browser, the page can still be accessed.

But on the 'Incognito' browser, it redirects to the 404 Page Not found.

May I know the reason why the default browser still can access the unpublished page URL?

You're probably logged in to the backend there. If logged in, you can access unpublished pages; otherwise you wouldn't be able to design them.
