Hi

Is cancel button should be active after payment refund?

Hi,

Yes, it's correct if checkout handler used in the captured order supports refund and cancelation.

Hi,

I mean if order is already refunded, you probably can't cancel this process or I'm wrong?

New order options looks like this, Capture and Cancel is active. All correct

After successful order capture. Capture active(but inside capture no button just information about Capture) and Refund active. This is correct

After successful Refund. Capture and Refund still active, but without any buttons inside just for information. Cancel is not active. This is correct I think, because you can't cancel refunded order.

BUT if you exit from this order and after enter again Cancel button is active

Hi,

It's correct, since the captured order cannot be cancelled without refundation-it's feature. 'Cancel' button is disabled in your penult screenshot since the order details is not refreshed as might be.

Hi,

Ok, but still no logic for me of this case.

In some payment systems, is it possible to Cancel fully refunded payments?
