From time to time, we experience dropouts of the Dynamicweb hosted websites. We have set up our own monitoring - using updown.io, so that we get a notifier if a website is not responding. But we can not solve the problem, but what we have to do - is contact support.
It would decrease downtime, and equally increase customer experience, if Dynamicweb was monitoring all active hosted solutions, so that you could react instantly without the delay of us having to report the issue.
