Product Category Fields not displaying properly

Hello, 

We've set up a product category in DW 9.10.12 and confirmed that data for these fields is in the database but when viewing a product the names and values for these fields are not being displayed.

 

The fields are definitely being added and it appears that the field type is picked up too but nothing otherwise is displayed.

Hi Kc,

Can you check if the ProductCategory, Fields, and Options are localized in the language you view your interface?

At some point, I had a similar problem and I had to localize them.

Hi Kc

The last of your dumps - where is that from? A product? And why does it not have labels - indicating something seems to be missing from the underlying data.

Is the product category attached to the group where the product is located?

Thank you both for responding. After reading the suggestion from Adrian I looked into the languages and noticed they were all set correctly to English but for some reason we had a bunch of strange languages from an import gone awry (screenshot below). After having our integration team remove and update them we're now able to see the field names and data in the backend.
