Saved Cards not working using ChargeLogic Connect

Hi there,

We are not able to use saved cards that are tied to ChargeLogic Connect. There is an internal error - https://www.screencast.com/t/4hSJGTm56Fqs.
Has anyone ran into the same issue?

DW: 9.10.12

Hi,

I was able to reproduce the issue using base test cards on DW9.10.15 as well. We are in finding of a cause, the feedback will be provided later. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi Mario,

hope you are well :) I've tried to figure out what the problem, but end-up with nothing, created a support ticked at ChargLogic portal, but usually the support doesn't work well, may be you have some contacts with them? seems like something has changed at their side, but I can found no documentation about web service api which we are using. The responce for actual transaction contains only code "998000000014" which is also cannot be found through the entire enternet. If you have no connection to the ChargLogic all we have is hope they can assist. Feel free to contact me directly via mail/teams according this issue.

Hi Viktor,

I'm doing well hope you are too. I had reachd out internally and we don't have a contact with ChargeLogic, when we need to reach out to them we actually use their support. Let's see if they reply back and connect in a couple days. Also, feel free to contact me directly as well.
