Friendly URL for language pages

Hi guys,

I have a solution running on DW 9.9,6.

The customer notified us that the friendly URLs generated for language pages are inheriting the friendly URL from the master page.

I have attached a screenshot with the title of the page and the generated URL.

The URL does not change even after saving the page a couple of times.

Is there a language setting I am missing or a version bug?
