Hi DW

We have a customer using live integration towards a BC Cloud version 18 with code unit version 1.2.0.14.

Most of the time, it works very well, but occasionally we have some problems with orders not being exported to BC. If we check the log file on the time the orders were completed, we see the error "Request send failed. License is not valid." multiple times over a timespan, and then it stops again. Below is a snippet of the log file.

Can anyone explain the reason why this error occurs?

Problem starting at 4:13 PM:

Then suddenly stops again at 4:17:

Hi Chris,
could you check if you have the feature called "eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegrationV2" on the Settings->System->License information page?
If there is no this feature than the Live integration fails to process requests/responses.

Hi Dmitrij

I have this one, but it's not called V2:

Also, the order integration works at least 9 out of 10 times, where order goes though to BC, but occasionally this error comes out blocking the requests to BC.

Hi Chris,
this is by design, you need to have "eCom_DataIntegrationERPLiveIntegrationV2" to be installed in to order to use the Live integration correctly. Try to click "Refresh license" button and if that doesn't help try to Install a license again or contact our support department.
