Abandoned cart emails with consent made by Data Processing App

Is there any way how to combine these 2 features ?

I would like to use Abandoned cart recipients:

But instead of these "consent options", I need to use consent which is made by Data Processing App.

Dynamicweb users recipient provider have these settings I need:

 

Is there any way how to combine these 2 features? These consent rules from Abandoned Cart provider feels outdated and i'm not sure If I can set Abandoned cart so it is valid with GDPR rules in current way.

 

Any ideas, thoughts? Thank you.

No, currently not.

A consent has to be "Explicit" - meaning that the user would have to accept that you send them abbondoned cart mails - a consent you cannot get as they have abandoned the cart. A signup for newsletter might not be explicit enough to be within the law. So we have so far not made that as it not a real situation.

If your users are known - meaning they are logged in - they can be considered a customer and have accepted terms. And then the seperate consent is not required anyways...
