Lead Data is missing due to same ip address are come to Lead Report

Dear All,

I'm having a problem regards to Lead Report. Hopefully, someone can help me with this. 

I would like to check the visited customer's information, like Device Model, Public IP address, etc. But the problem is that all the visited customers' IP addresses are showing the same. Instead of showing the original client's IP, it is showing Server's Application Gateway IP. Due to this issue, the Lead Data are also missing. So that we enabled the “X-Forwarded-For” header in the Application Gateway of our Server to see the original IP address of the client. After adding it we can see the Client's direct public IP address from IIS logs. But there is nothing change from the DW application side, still, the same IP address is showing. Kindly please see the attached images and give any suggestions on this. Thank you.
