Dear All,
On my website, I configured the percentage type reward rule with 100% for Singapore Currency as I would like to give 1 points for 1 SGD if the user's order meets the configured rule. But after the rule is created (eg. the triggers are specific shop, language and product, product quantity), the user only get 1 point for 1 product quantity instead of 100% upon the total order value. Could you please advise is there anything I missed to configure or how can I achieve to get 100% points for these conditions?
And I also noticed that the user get 1 point for 1 product quantity in the cart even the order of the user did not meet the configured rule.
Could you please advise why it happens, too?
