[Marketing] Lead data missing from April

Hi all,

I have a confusion about the Lead report.

As I have no customization on Lead, only standard function using and DW Version: 9:12. But the lead data is missing start from 30 May 2021, and cannot see the new Lead there.

And there are over 300 users daily visit the site as per the Report.  

May I know any issue is there and if I missed out on the configuration? Kindly refer to the attached images to be clear.

Sorry, the  DW version is 9.10.8.

Hi Support,

The main problem is we want to check one of our users who have an issue with her device. 
Is there any way that can we check the User's device model and device information from DW Panel?

I hope someone can help me ASAP.  :(

Hello Support team,

I noticed I cannot check the user 'Visit' with my administrator access. (please refer to the attached image)

Is there any permission or access that we have to set up to it? 

Can you please check and suggest me urgently?
