We've run into an issue with the OKTA provider 3 or 4 times now where logging into OKTA causes a redirect back to the same DW login page. Essentially, you end back up on the login page each time. It's solved by recycling the IIS app pool. When it works, logging in brings you to the homepage. Nothing has changed on that sites is days or weeks that I'm aware of, so it seems like a transient in-memory issue.
The site is: https://qa-asm.mydwsite1.com and it was failing since at least 3:39 PM EST when our customer reported it until I recycled the website around 5:40pm EST.
DW Event Viewer says: "External login info object is null. Authentication failed.". You can find more info in Monitoring on the site if you would like.
Do you have any ideas on what we should look into to track this down?
