Create an order report in Insights

Hi guys,

I am trying to create a report in the Insights section of the Marketing module to get some reports about sales.

The documentation does not provide detailed instructions on how to achieve this type of report.

I can see that I have 3 options: Conversion, Funnel, Session

For "Metric over time" I have a few options but none of them seem to be related to Orders. They are more likely connected to traffic.

Is it even possible to generate reports based on orders?

Hi,

Order report having appropriate metrics is already avialible via 'Orders' widget on 'Insights' dashboard without extra setup if you use last versions of DW. On old DW version you can use specific 'Order reporting' report type will be depricated on upgrading. Please, have a look at the attached pics and find details about 'Insights' widgets and reports.

Hi Oleg,

Thank you for the details.

I was hoping for a more configurable way of creating an order report. For example, this report does not allow Shop selection. And in my particular case, I have 2 shops in the same solution and the admin would like to see their relevant orders instead of all orders in the system.
