"Load All" hidden with lower browser zoom levels

Hello,

One of our customers has reported that when they are at a zoom level of less than 100% (e.g. 90%), they can't see the Load All link at the bottom of the Content section. This only shows up if there is a long enough list of pages that the Load All is needed. 

They reported it after a recent upgrade to 9.10.7, so I'm not sure when the issue was introduced. I can reproduce this in Chrome and Firewall. You can see it if you view a long list of pages and zoom out one level in your browser, and the Load All link at the very bottom disappears.

The bug #1764 has been resolved in Dynamicweb hotfix version 9.10.8
