Hi,

 

I have an issue on a website where cartcmd=AddWithPoints is adding with dollars/currency. It's working fine in Dev, but when we move to QA, something is off.

  • I've checked that the product has points
  • I've checked the request headers
    The cart log shows the cartCmd as well
  • I've compared the Global settings and they are the same

Is there a reason for this behavior of Dynamicweb disregarding the cartCmd?

Hi Nicolai,

 

I didn't even realize on how that product name played so well. I laughted a lot when I read your post. It turned out our Live Integration was forcing the unitPrice and not accounting for products that were added with points. All fixed now.

 

And thanks for the side note on the Youtbe reference.
