Did you mean stopped working

Hi,

 

After upgrading to 9.10.4 the "Did you mean" feature for Product Catalog and Query Publisher stopped working. Has anoyone experienced that?

 

 

Anything I might be doing wrong?

Did you try to search for something that does not exist.

For what it is worth, it works as usual for me...

Hi Nicolai,

 

It must be so frustrating for you to simply validate that it works for you :)

 

And yes, I did, and also (as a long shot) tried to set a query expression with a Contains, rather than an Equals. I had it working just like you had, but then something changed (the most "obvious" was the upgrade), but I am surprised that it just stopped working.

 

I'll reach out over support (sending the URL) as follow up. Thanks for your help.

Usually when I see cases with - 'all we did was upgrade dw' it turns out that the entire solution was rebuilt. But that was just minor... wink

Well... and you were accurate... after a long bunny trail, I found out the summary field was completely empty now. Not sure what's happening with that now, since I see data in the database for the fields that make up the summary field, but that's a separate topic now.
