Hello!

The country default shipping method seems to not take into consideration if shipping is active or not, and it is always selecting it - https://www.screencast.com/t/Hib3p7zJ

Hi Mario,

I was able to reproduce the issue on last DW9.10.0 as well, it's now bugged by DevOps bug 717 created. Thanks.
