Hi Jose,
You can not install the Dynamicweb extension from the MS marketplace probably because you want to install it on un-supported country BC instance.
It seems it is not yet supports Spanish. So you could try to setup a Sandbox environment using GB country like that:

and then try to install it there.

I tried to create a sandbox enviroment using Denmark as region and English as languaje.

The same problem happened

Maybe the problem is the BC new version.

Hi Jose,
it worked for me. Here are the steps:
Setup new BC sandbox with GB language and latest BC version: 17.1.18256.18732 
Choose English US display language
Goto the Marketplace and find the Dynamicweb extension 1.2.0.10:

Clicked on Free Trial and started the installation, after some minuted passed I've got the OK status:


Also the same result was for DK sandbox environment.
What is your BC version? Is it  17.1.18256.18732?

We have a similar situation with one of our customers.

The "Sandbox" approach is a temporary approach or it can be used for Production as well?

In our case, Romania is an unsupported country.

it would also be helpful to understand who controls this limitation. Dynamicweb or Microsoft.

Hi Adrian,
it seems your problem is a different one. I have now checked "Romania" as a supported country for the Dynamicweb Plugin-In Unit app on the Microsoft App Source.
So it should now be possible for you to install our app for Romanian version.

I have checked with our customer and they get this message:

Version: W1 21.1 (Platform 21.0.48357.49378 + Application 21.1.48363.48789)

Deployment failed. Message : { The app (or one of its dependencies) is not available for your release (check the country and version availability in the extension marketplace). }

Dynamicweb Plug-In Unit==>Supported Countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,

Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia,

Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore,

South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand,

United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

In this message, Romania does not seem to be included.

What are we doing wrong?

Hi Adrian,
Can you try again? The new version was published today with checked "Romania". After that I was able to install the 1.2.0.29 on mine Sandbox with Romania country
selected in the environment settings at sandbox creation.
