Hi,

 

A customer is complaning becuase their logo is not rendering accurately in the backend https://www.screencast.com/t/6aZuY6xy0yxU in the Rapido settings.

 

We know that GetImage cannot handle SVGs so some changes in the templates/image component may be needed, but there's nothing we can do in the backend.

 

Can this be fixed?

That is one mother fucker serious issue. Will will of course prioritize this above all other - clear the sprint! I will escalate this to the highest priority ever seen - operation WARP SPEED. It will be tremendous how fast we will fix this. They say that it has never been done so beautifully before. wink
