Hi,
If I select a product field to be "Allow change of field content across variants", it disappears from the area of the master product.
I would like to be able to change the value for the master also.
It could be needed for external reference IDs, or it could be a product in both Male and Female gender where you want to tag the master with either both values or "Unisex". There are many other scenarios, where you don't want the master to have the value of one of its variants (which it has in the database, but it is not displayed).
It needs to be available for the general PIM user - not only accessible for us developers
