Switching Text Editor Loses Editable Content

Good morning,

 

We just noticed that if there is content in the CKEditor 4 Text Editor Box, and you switch the default setting to Tiny MCE, the content remains on the front-end but becomes hidden in the new Text Editor box.

 

The current solution is to clear the text editor boxes before switching.  Can this please be addressed?

Hi Kevin,

I was not able to catch the issue with simple content on environment based on last DW9.9.2 - proof. Could you, please, specify your case if the steps do not follow yours. Thanks.
