Bambora payments in Euro

Hi,

according to the documentation, the Bambora payment provider currently only supports payments in USD and CAD. (https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/how-tos/payment-providers/bambora)

We have a customer that would very much like to use Bambora and receive payments in EUR.

Can or will this be made possible?

Hi Martin, 

You can use the DW Epay payment gateway instead. And connect this to a payment acquirer who supports payouts in EUR. E.g. Clearhaus.

Epay is part of the Bambora consolidation of the companies owned by Ingenico. 

The DW Bombora payment integration is the American version and supports USD and CAD.

Hi Jens,

thanks for replying! From the way I understand your post, I should be able to just switch payment provider in Dynamicweb and setup up the ePay payment window with my IDs and keys, that Bambora has supplied.

However, the payment provider is not accepting my Merchant Number.

Hi Martin. 

The Bambora Epay merchants are on another platform. 

I'm not aware if Bombora can move your merchant number to this platform.

Please note the different feature sets the platforms are offering.
