Khaing May Thaw

Hi everyone,

On the website with application 9.9.1, there is a problem with the Related product section

I had set up one product in the Related product setting.

But other products are showing in the Related product carousel on the frontend.

Could someone advise the solution, please?

I think you might miss some setup to your custom related groups - please see the Rapido docs: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/rapido/configuration/general/related-products

Hi Nicolai,

Thank you for your reply.

I had followed the Rapido docs and tested it again but the products are not properly displayed on the frontend.

Kindly check the attached images.

Kindly advise where do I miss some setup.

Hi,

Do you have a direct link to a product which should have related products?
