Adding BCC list on Abandoned Emails

Is there any way can we add BCC list on the current Abandoned Email?

One of our customer want to see all the sending abandoned emails to customer. So, they want to add bcc mail for abandoned email. Or anything else can we

check the sending abandoned email?

That is not possible.

You can, however, save all emails that are sent to disk - see https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/advanced-settings/web-and-http#4448

That will save all emails including the abandoned carts, but also all other mails. But then they can see what is in the mails.

Noted with thanks! But since there saved all emails under file, hard to search only for the abandoned mails

And another thing that I have some issue regarding abandoned mails. We created 2 emails under the same top folder, and one of the customer received 1st mail, but the 2nd mail is still not sent to that user. So, I want to check is if we create abandoned emails, all emails can be sent or not to the specific user when the abandoned cart is existed in the frontend?

Yes, there will be many mails in the folder!

I am not sure I understand your question - but it is possible to send out the second mail as well. But if the cart has been converted in the meantime, the second mail will not go out.
