A customer is asking "What was wrong? How can I tell which email that was"? So my question to you is, how can we make this more obvious?
- I can't find anything under Monitoring
- I can see the Log that tells me who we sent an email for
- But I see the reason nor information I can give the customer
It's even hard to distinguish the "click here to retry" link, in which any case, wouldn't we want to retry? If so, why not just do it (at least up to 3 or 5 auto retries) and then report at the end what went wrong?
