Cast content disappears from user

Hi,

We have a problem with cart content disappearing from logged in users. 

The scenario is that a user logges in. Puts stuff in the cart. When user returns after a period of time and refreshes the site, the cart content is gone. 

I can see the cart in the admin. And I can see that the cart belongs the the user. 

In the settings we have both "Keep anonumous cart..." and "Merge anonymous cart...." checked (see sceenshot).

If I look at the users carts I can see the no new cart is created after the cart (CART104917) (See screenshot). But the user still does not see that cart. 

Is there something else that is taken into account when merging the logged in cart with the anonymous cart? Does the "OrderVisitorSessionID" matter?

Sounds like TFS#80608 that was fixed: https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/releases/bug-fixes/bug-fixes-for-9-8#9.8.9

When you have your combination of keeping anonymous cart and merging it, there was that error. See dump

Hi,

That does sound like a prime suspect. 

Did not think of looking there because I had a long support case about this some time ago that never was "bugged". 

But it sounds like this will fix it. Thanks. yes
