Using voucher/giftcard for shipping fees

Hi,

Is it possible to use a discount voucher as payment for the shipping fee? 

My example is that a customer has a 200 DKK voucher and buys a 100 DKK product. Then the customer still has to pay for the shipping fee of 39 DKK. 

Can it be set up so the voucher is used on the order total which includes the fees and just not the subtotal?

Hi Lars,

If your discount is of type "Order discount", you should be able to accomplish what you want. In this example we have a $1000 voucher and a product price of $800. Like in your example there is a shipping fee of $39,20. And as you can see here, the result is an order total of 0: https://www.screencast.com/t/Kp2yImiMRJ9O.
