Monitoring to log referrer

Hi,

 

It would be very useful if when there's errors or warning in Monitoring we could get the referrer.

 

Here's my use case:

  • A page renders a Razor error
  • I know it's page ID 123 - I know I have to do something about it
  • I don't know which pages are linking to it

 

Based on the content/context of the site, we may simply fix the wrong link (and avoid a 302) or develop something for page 123.

This need keeps coming up. Can this be added please? In situations like this, it would be important to try and get a grip of the referer, so we can more easily trace the source (template causing it)

Has anyone even saw this? If logging the referrer could be done, it would help with auditing issues where some URLs have been badly generated, this improving our ability to fix the issue.
