Password field for users in backend shows autosuggest of previous values

Hello,

I was adding some users in our DW 9.8.5 solution and noticed that when clicking on the password field I got an autocomplete dropdown from my browser (new chrome based Edge).

This seems me to be not very secure, should this not be turned off for passwords?

Not sure I understand why that would be insecure? Maybe anoying when it is not your own password you need to type.

Hai Nicolai,

Since the dropdown shows the passwords in plain text it must mean that these are stored somewhere in the browser in plain text, that seems like something you would not want.
