We came across a strange issue (in Rapido 3.3 but seems to be the a core product bug), when we are increasing/decreasing quantities in the cart as anonymous

You'll see this does not happen when you are logged in. So far nothing bad happens, but this may trigger wrong false errors in Monitoring and/or be the source of other issues we come across down the road.
As a "bonus", you can see that if I try to logout on that Cart page, I get an error because of Model.ItemProperty being null (which it is not).
(I don't show me debugging the problem entirely but it is because of Model.ItemProperty.GetFile())
