Greetings,

When our customer tries to send a newsletter, i can see they recieve this message inside the MessagingHandler Log.

Verifying recipient uniqueness.
2020-03-15 20:26:19.0706|INFO|EmailMarketing/MessagingHandler/Events|[993]: Removed 1 recipients from the collection due to uniqueness constraint.
2020-03-15 20:26:19.0706|INFO|EmailMarketing/MessagingHandler/Events|[993]: Recipient count after verification: '0'

They are doing a test sending, so only sending to themselves.

This has also happened when i try to send newsletter altough not all the time.

What does this message mean?

This is when 2 users with the same email appear. And if you only have one recipient, that cannot happen...

So question is - do the user you are sending to have an email address and is it valid?

What version are you using - and can we get access to the solution.

The user do have an valid Email Address.

They are running 9.6.15.
