After updating to 9.8.1 the Settings button in the left bottom corner is gone with the wind while logged in as Administrator.

License removed and reset to development version of All-In-One - Professional version 9.8.1 via the login functionality.

There is a Monitoring button with all kinds of Missing license and Invalid license content.

I tried an in private window and cleared my cookies.

In 9.8.0 it is still there ...

What kind of magic is this ??

I need the settings desperately ..... crying

PS: I updated all dynamicweb packages to the latest stable version available and fixed all solution consolidates.

Hi Peter

Thats a weird one. I'm unable to reproduce the problem locally.

Please submit a case to the servicedesk with a url to the site and a copy of the license file and I'll look into it

You might want to try a hard reload with empty cache.

The monitoring showing up is an error. If you update Dynamicweb.Management with the next nuget update, it will go away.

Sorry about the inconvenience!

Not sure what you mean with 'hard reload with empty cache' ...

I did an IIS reset

Have my browser set to disable cache (even tried in private)

I can Ctrl + Shift + R as much as I want ...

The button isn't there anymore ...

I checked the Administrator user, it still has the Administrator user type

Only console ERROR is the persisting The resource from “https://dynamicweb.com/Default.aspx?ID=13733” was blocked due to MIME type (“application/json”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

It isn't in the DOM, see image ...

Is there a database value I can check somewhere?

It is not in the database. It is coming from the Dynamicweb.Management.Settings dll...

Well I tried to downgrade the Dynamicweb.Management.Settings nupkg from 2.3.22 to 2.3.21, but then Dynamicweb.Admin.9.8.1 gets removed ...
I actually need 9.8.1, but also need the settings ...

What can I do?

I do not think downgrading the Dynamicweb.Management.Settings package will help. It only has one change which is an upgrade for .net 4.7.2

What happens if you install a fresh solution? Or if you empty you bin completely and rebuild?

And can we access the solution url?

I've already emptied the bin and object directories and rebuilt the solution.
That didnt help.
I've sent the zipped application to Kristian on his request.
