Forgets column field set

Hi,

I have a customer that sets Ecom product fields in a special way (eg Active, Number, Image and so on)

This works fine for at bit, but then the system forgets the special way they are listed, and returns to the original list (Active, Show in product list, Stock... )

Does anybody know why this happens?

Hi Kim

It should come from the PersonalSettings table in the database for the user in question - using their autoid. So if the use i.e. changes id, maybe because of an import, the setting will be lost.

See dump for an example.

Strange.. we dont have a user import.

One of the users experiencing this is the Admin user (i forgot to mention that this happens to multiple users on the solution)
