Greetings,

 

We have an item type for paragraphs that have some image fields. The item type was working fine until we enabled  "use focal point selector for images". Since we enabled the feature we get the error "INVALID_FILE_TYPE" when we save the page after setting focal points. Any ideas what could be going on?

Hi Anton,

The issue is reproduced on DW9.7.6 and up, it's now bugged by TFS 75299 has been created, will be fixed in upcoming DW release. Thanks for observing.

Hi Anton

The problem regarding #75299 "INVALID_FILE_TYPE" error on saving item based content has image with focal points set has now been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.8.1

To upgrade please choose this version from download:

http://doc.dynamicweb.com/releases-and-downloads/releases
