Loader exceptions after upgrade to 9.8

I've updated from 9.6.5 to 9.8

- set the framework target
- reinstalled all packages including new admin
- all references seem to be available
- nuget package manager has no dw updates or consolidates left
- removed an existing trial license
- updated the web.confg using the dynamicweb.web.config
- the project builds

But when accessing the front-end or admin I get loader exceptions referencing some E paths ...

Does anyone know what to do here ?

Hi Peter,

Does the packages.config and bin folder contain Dynamicweb.Ecommerce 1.8.1?

You can try to issue the following command in the NuGet Package Manager Console and see if it reports any issues:

Update-Package -Reinstall -IncludePrerelease

If the reinstall succeeds then rebuild the solution and load the website again.

Hi Morten,

Yes my config contained Dynamicweb.Ecommerce 1.8.1.
Ad I'm not sure why my procedure, which always worked for me, didn't do it this time ...
But reinstalling everything did the trick ...

Should have deleted the admin folder first though, my machine took over 70 minutes to do the job of reinstalling ...

Thanks, I can go and start the testing now.
