Hi everybody!

Is there chat application that can be integrated in DW Ecommerce so that the user on page can chat directly with web shop administrator?

I think most of them will work as it is a simple script to include in your templates.

I.e. https://www.livechatinc.com/ - there are several other options out there that you can take a look at.

Anyone in here that has experience?

Hi,

 

We've implemented some over the years, and at least the ones we did use work like Nicolai described. Integration usually takes a couple of hours, and then we may need to tweak some css (fonts, colors and z-index styles). We've used (that I know of - there may be more):

 

The majority of the work is on the customer that needs to learn and interact with taht 3rd party's platform.
