Our customer wants to profile the users according the main product groups of both the Ecommerce and PIM. For instance, a "Microwave profile" for the users watching microwave products.
We created the profiles in the Marketing Personalization area. Then, for each product group, assigned some profile points to its corresponding profile by the "Add profile points" button of the ribbon bar (see attached image).
The problem is that no profile points are assigned to the users when visiting the product page, neither displaying a product (e.g. "My Microwave") or a product group (e.g. "All microwaves")
Is this the right procedure to profile the users by the product groups? Should we configure anything else?
